Version 1.0 · Effective April 10, 2025 · InvoiceFlow by S3Digital
InvoiceFlow is a Stripe-native billing and reconciliation platform operated by S3Digital. We do not take custody of funds. All payments are processed directly through your Stripe account. By using InvoiceFlow, you agree to these Terms in full.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business entity using InvoiceFlow. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
InvoiceFlow provides automated invoicing, Stripe webhook processing, payment reconciliation, dunning and recovery workflows, subscription billing management, and revenue analytics. Features are subject to change with reasonable notice.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your data, your Stripe account configuration, and the actions of any users you grant access to your workspace. Keep your credentials secure.
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If payment fails, access may be suspended until the outstanding balance is cleared.
InvoiceFlow operates on top of Stripe's infrastructure. We are not liable for any issues, outages, delays, or errors caused by Stripe. Your use of Stripe is governed by Stripe's Terms of Service.
We do not store payment card data. All card tokenization and payment processing is handled exclusively by Stripe. We store only the minimum necessary business data to operate the platform. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You may not use InvoiceFlow for unlawful purposes, fraudulent transactions, abuse of our systems, reverse engineering the platform, or in any way that violates applicable law. Violations may result in immediate termination.
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (including Stripe), or unforeseen events may cause disruption. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of InvoiceFlow is limited to the fees you paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these Terms. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of InvoiceFlow after changes constitutes acceptance.
